Saying goodbye to our dog was one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through. The team at this clinic treated us with so much kindness, patience, and compassion during such a painful moment. Two weeks later, we received a handwritten sympathy card from the doctors. It honestly meant more to us than I can explain. In a time when we were grieving, that small but thoughtful gesture reminded us that we weren’t alone — and that our dog truly mattered to them too. The vet and vet tech were amazing, compassionate, and fair in price. I don't feel like they were trying to rip me off or Nickle & dime me. They recommended I start with a blood test and go from there, as well as giving me options and best case scenarios. Although the prognosis is the worst case for me and my family They treated my baby with kindness, love and a gentle hand. The vet tech walked me out and held Nestlé as I paid, she was amazing and you can tell the vet and the employees truly love animals it's not just a cash grab. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a vet that truly cares.​​​​​​​

Earlier this week, one of the vets (Dr. Hudgins) and a vet tech (AJ) from Petvacx came to my place for a visit with my two cats. I was worried about the visit because my cats are very scared of everything. I chose an at-home visit for that reason. The day before their visit, AJ called to discuss the cats and their needs, and to provide a window for their arrival. Day of, AJ texted when they were 20 minutes away, which gave me plenty of time to herd the cats into a room. From the moment Dr. Hudgins and AJ arrived until the moment they left, I felt 100% comfortable with them and confident in them. ...​​​​​​​

I've been taking my cat here for a little over 2 years now and we love them. The vet techs and veterinarians are so gentle with my nervous girl. They do a thorough assessment during the appointment, and ask you so many valuable questions in the pre-appointment paperwork. It's reassuring to go somewhere that not only assess your pets health in that moment, but also their behaviors and lifestyle at home. Today was our first time and we had an amazing experience with Dr Wiley. The entire team of dedicated vet techs were extremely gentle with my wiggly Australian shepherd and prices were affordable. We will only come to this clinic from now on.​​​​​​​
